Civil and Procedural Law Through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): A Transversal View

Abstract The commitment and responsibility to know implement the SDGs are universal. Indeed, public authorities civil society called simultaneously be active passive subjects, protagonists intervene recipients of achievements reached with all actions that serve any 17 proclaimed goals. One way countering slow progress is through joint coordinated effort researching teaching law in universities. With this commitment, paper aims analyse how international EU legislation incorporates sustainability goals related procedural law. It based on consideration contents comprise various institutions regulations materialise different SDGs. SDG 16 : Peace, Justice Strongs Institutions have a particular impact these areas and, more specifically, aspects relate several its targets. However, legal implications, specifically law, extend many other objectives.
